Available Positions:
Responsibilities:- Create engaging multimedia content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Collaborate on creative ideas for product launches and campaigns
- Edit videos, photos, and graphics to match our brand
- Stay up-to-date with beauty and wig trends
Qualifications:- Experience with video/photo editing tools (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms
- Creative with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 - 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 - 𝐏𝐚𝐲 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐃𝐎𝐄/ 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐓𝐄
Responsibilities:- Plan and execute content strategies across all platforms
- Engage with the community and manage social interactions
- Track and report on performance
- Implement best practices in the beauty industry
Qualifications:- Experience in social media management
- Ability to work with analytics and metrics
- Strong copywriting and visual content skills
- Knowledge of hair care and beauty trends

Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media

Qualifications:- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask

Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on wig care and Savvy Strands products
- Assist customers in selecting the right products
- Provide product tutorials and demonstrations
- Help manage inventory and product listings
Qualifications:- Knowledge or experience with wigs and beauty products
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and passionate about hair care
- Retail or beauty sales experience is a plus
