1. 30 Days to Return

   You could return the item to us for a refund within 30 days after you have received the item. We only accept returned items that are in their original brand new condition, and they must be put back in the original packaging bag.

   Anything missing from the returned package or any used items will not be eligible for a refund. Made-to-order items (i.e., braided wigs) and customized items (i.e., color, style, fitting) are not accepted for any return or refund. A refund will be made after we have received the item, inspected its condition, and confirmed that the returned item has not been used, combed, or worn.

   Refund or Store Credit

   You may choose to get a refund or store credit for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in both options. There will be a 20% RESTOCKING & HANDLING FEE of the returned item price for any refund. Alternatively, you may choose to get store credit (equivalent to the price of your returned item) to be used for future order(s), which will not result in any restocking or handling fee.

   Postage of Returned Item

   Customers will be responsible for paying for the postage to return the item.

   No Exchange

   We do not offer any exchange of items.

   Exceptions

   No refunds/returns for any custom-made/customized and made-to-order items (i.e., braided wigs).
